Industrial Recruitment is a trade name operated by Turvax OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (reg. nr. 14520542, Rüütli 23, Tartu 51005). We are a recruitment agency specialising in direct hire of industrial workers — primarily welders, fitters and related tradespeople — for employers across Europe.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, Turvax OÜ acts as the data controller in relation to the personal data of employers and candidates who contact us or submit enquiries through this website.

The volume and nature of our data processing does not require the appointment of a Data Protection Officer (DPO) under Article 37 GDPR.

In the course of recruitment activity, candidate data may be subject to automated processing and profiling in order to assess the suitability of a candidate for a specific role. This processing may have a significant effect on whether a candidate is considered for a position.

Where automated profiling is used, candidates have the right to request human review of any decision, to express their point of view, and to contest the outcome. To exercise this right, contact us at info@industrial-recruitment.eu.

Employers who submit hiring requests through this website are not subject to automated profiling.
